I am passionate about art as a means of connection, exploration, growth, healing, resistance, and transformation. I received my Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College with majors in Psychology and French and a concentration in Community Global Health in 2021. With years of marketing, program facilitation, customer service, and research experience under my belt, I am excited for my next opportunity to collaborate with organizations that similarly value art as well as justice, vulnerability, and positive change.

Senior Thesis: Facilitating the Transition to Affirming, Structurally Competent Adult Primary Care for Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming Adolescents

The goal of this paper is to inform evidence-based interventions to address care discontinuity and lack of access to affirming, structurally competent healthcare throughout
transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) adolescents’ pediatric-adult primary care transition.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kalamazoo •

Youth Voice Teen Focus Groups

The following presentation is based on a series of focus groups I conducted in 2019 at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kalamazoo. The purpose of these focus groups was to uplift youth voice within the organization and gather feedback and suggestions for improvement. I engaged stakeholders at each step in the process, from choosing the questions, facilitating the session, and following up afterwards. I completed a formal report and presentation for administrative staff and worked alongside staff and teen members to implement changes.
